USA (lower contiguous 48 states). We use only the most
reputable shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and partner with freight
delivery companies for oversized items. Expedited shipping is
also available on most products for an additional cost. If you would like

How and where do you
ship?
Currently, Agilest Collections.com offers
FREE SHIPPING on all items. Deliveries to the 48 contiguous United States
will be made via FedEx Ground or by common carrier depending on the
overall weight of your order. We cannot deliver to P.O.
Boxes. You must provide a street address. Agilest
Collections.com does not provide installation, assembly or physical
delivery of furniture into residences or businesses. However,
installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences
or businesses may be available through the shipping
company. Any costs for installation, assembly or physical
delivery of furniture into residences or businesses are the responsibility
of the purchaser and not Agilest Collections.com unless otherwise
specified with "White Glove Service" on the Agilest Collections.com
product page. Some Agilest Collections furniture requires
assembly.
How long will it take for my furniture
order to ship?
Upon approval and verification
of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment.
Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order. Certain
orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on
particular items. Agilest Collections.com will notify customers who have
placed orders for these "out of stock" items. On average, most items are
shipped within 1 to 3 business weeks. However, some items have longer lead
times, including custom orders that may take up to 18 weeks. Please
contact us at Shipping if you have
additional questions.
Are your shipments insured against
damage?
Yes. Every shipment is insured against
damage and we request that you carefully inspect your merchandise upon
receipt and notify us immediately if you notice any damage due to transit.
To successfully expedite any damage claim, you must keep the original
packing material that the item(s) arrived in and print the words, "Damaged
upon Arrival" next to where you sign for the merchandise. Digital or
traditional photographs can also be very helpful tools in assisting us to
expedite a damage claim.
What is Freight
Shipping?
Certain items available on Agilest
Collections.com are required to be shipped via a 3rd party freight
carrier, rather than standard carriers, because they are too heavy or
require special handling. If your purchase will be delivered via a Freight
service, you will be contacted by the Freight company via telephone 1-2
days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need
to be present to sign for the item. All shipments coming via
Freight are brought to the curbside only. Many of our larger items have
the option to add White glove inside delivery for $175 more. To
take advantage of this, please enter "Inside Delivery" in the comments
area of the shopping cart.
Do you offer fast
shipping?
Yes! Most Ground orders are shipped
within 7 to 10 business days of payment, which means that U.S. customers
usually receive their orders within 10 to 14 business days of
payment. Expedited FedEx shipping is available for additional

Many of
our larger items like sofas or sectionals are made to order and take
anywhere from 14-18 weeks to manufacture and deliver depending on the
item. This includes manufacturing time and delivery from our
factories overseas.

tracking information once your item has shipped. If you do not

What time will my furniture be
delivered?
UPS and FedEx Ground shipped items
are delivered M-F from 7:00 am to 7:00 Freight or specialty furniture
mover are typically delivered M-F between 8:00am to 5:00pm. The shippers
will contact you directly for a delivery appointment on the larger items
and you will schedule the day and delivery window directly with
them.
Who pays for return
shipping?
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee
return policy allows you to return any unused item as long as you contact
us within 48 hours of receipt and actually ship the item within 7 days of
receipt. We do not pay for return shipping so you may use any carrier you
wish. We do suggest that you track and insure your package as we are not
responsible for lost or returned packages.
If the receive wrong
item we will fix the issue at no cost to you. Many times we
require digital pictures to be taken so we can determine the best course
of action while avoiding costly return shipping.
Can I pickup my
purchase?
On some items, however, most items
are not stored in the showroom. Most local FedEx shipments
arrive within 10 business days and most freight delivery services within 1
to 4 business weeks. Not all items are stocked in all locations
so if you require fast shipping please email us at Sales for details.
Will I be
taxed?
Agilest Collections.com is required by
law to charge 7% sales tax sales tax on orders SHIPPED TO Georgia
addresses. The sales tax will calculate during the online ordering
process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in
other states.
Do you have Price
Matching?
If you find a better price, please
let us know and we will try to get a better deal for you! The
non Agilest Collections.com item must meet the following
criteria:
1. The item must be identical to the Agilest
Collections.com item. 2. The price on the item must include delivery
charges. 3. The item must be brand new, not reconditioned, returned
stock or on auction sites. 4. The item must be at the normal price. It
cannot be on sale or part of a special offer. 5. Sufficient
information must be provided for Agilest Collections.com to verify the
price of the item. Please submit the website address where the
price fore the item was found.
Please note: We must respect
manufacturers and their Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)

If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to take
advantage of our 48-hour return policy. Your refund equals the
purchase price plus tax minus actual initial shipping costs. We
ask that you pay the shipping costs to return the item. All
made-to-order items are subject to a 30% restocking fee in addition to the
shipping charges.
What if I want to cancel my furniture
order?
Furniture orders that are special order
can be canceled up to a five days after the order is placed without
incurring a restocking fee. After the five days there will be a 20%
restocking fee to cancel your furniture/accessories order.

daytime phone number for all orders shipping freight or specialty

What is your return
policy?
We accept returns on any item as long
as you notify us within 48 hours of receipt. To return a purchase, simply
email us at Returns to
send the item back to us. For all normal stocked items we will return 100%
of the product price but the initial and return shipping will be your
responsibility. For made-to-order items there is a 30%
restocking fee and initial and return shipping will be your
